Phoenix Trikes

Phoenix Trike Works is owned and operated by Willis and Joseph Wilcken. Willis built his first trike in 1964. He build numerous trikes in the 60 s and 70 s . His son Joseph got the trike building bug and started Phoenix Trike Works with his dad........I really like this style of trike. Low and lean...This is a high end trike not cheap even as a kit. The design is what I like about it. The front end and handle bars and gas tank are as sharp as they come.The frame being low and long probably makes this handle well.

                                                                                                                                                               Steampunk is an artistic style subculture of fiction of the Victori-era. Were the 19th century is post-apocalyptic.during which steam power is in mainstream use. This style of motorcycle using parts  made by hand not the norm on most bikes you see today which give them  very cool look. More like metal sculpture.

Respect

Got to ride today was very nice for a change , In the 60s and was enjoying it a lot when I came across a funeral prasistion and what was the real surprise to me was that when I pulled over all most every body in my lane stop to pay respect to the departed. Only one truck a couple of cars a head of me kept going. I haven't seen this in a long time . Most of the time I would be the only one pull over to show respect. May be just may be there is still some good in this world !
