Fall

Well summer is gone and the cold weather is making it's way here ! They are calling for the 30's tonight . Had to turn the heater on for the first time. I did  have a pretty good summer , Got in a lot of riding in on the trike and got to work on some cool bikes . The winter projects well be starting soon which is always fun ,                                                                                                                                          

Project

Today looked like it was going to rain so I only took a short spin on the trike. Spent all day working on the new / old iron cross breather for my carb on the chopper / bobber. I'm almost done with it just a few more mods to make it look even better but it turned out pretty good so far !                                                                    

HELMETS SUCK !

Today I was taking a mid day ride , It was so nice and wanted to take it all in ! Came up on a state check point , I wasn't worried about anything but the man had me get off the road and I was thinking to myself  here it comes the harassment I have gotten more than I can count in my riding life ! Well the man said take off my helmet ! I handed it to him and he was looking to see if it was DOT ! It is but it is older than crap ! He looked at me and said have a nice day !!!!?????????? I didn't get what this was all about he didn't even want to see my licenses . I know I live in the worst state when it comes to being profiled but don't even check me out ! I just don't get it !                                              

Smoke on the water

The old lady and I rode to the Little Wilbur Dam in Elizabethton TN a week ago. The fog from the hot and rainy day was laying right down on the water.
